Our Warranty Policy

Manufacturing defects in the product. Cracking, splitting or structural failure during normal display use. Felt becoming loose, peeling or lifting away from the product within the first year. Our products are designed primarily for displaying items in a cabinet and are not intended for frequent handling, heavy use or outdoor use. Care requirements Products must be: Kept indoors in a suitable display cabinet or similar environment. Kept away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and high levels of moisture. Handled carefully and cleaned only with a soft, dry cloth. Direct sunlight may cause fading, discolouration, warping or other damage. Damage caused by exposure to direct sunlight may not be covered under this warranty and could affect the outcome of your warranty claim. What is not covered This warranty does not cover: Accidental damage, dropping or improper handling. Damage caused by excessive weight or pressure. Normal wear and tear. Damage caused by water, chemicals or unsuitable cleaning products. Damage resulting from direct sunlight, excessive heat or moisture. Products that have been modified, repaired or altered by the customer or another person. Minor variations in colour, texture or finish that naturally occur during the manufacturing process. Making a claim To make a warranty claim, please contact Monarch Designs LTD and provide: Your name and order number or proof of purchase. A description of the issue. Clear photographs showing the fault. Once assessed and approved, Monarch Designs LTD will offer a suitable repair or replacement. If neither option is reasonably possible, an appropriate refund may be offered. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and runs for 12 months from the original purchase date. It is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
